Record and edit your video
Record and edit a 15–30 second video about anything in your life. It could be your school, your street, your food, a skill you have, anything. Your video must include: at least 2 clips edited together, a transition between them, auto-captions, background music at the right volume. It must look like something you would see on a Lagos brand's Instagram page.
Step 2
Submit your work
Export your finished video. Take a screenshot of your best frame — the moment in the video that looks most impressive. Upload the screenshot to the Tech101 gallery with your name and school. Video editing is one of the highest-paid creative skills in Nigeria right now. This screenshot is the beginning of your portfolio.
